Common questions from trade buyers

What is your minimum order quantity?

We supply trade and bulk quantities. Tell us the volumes you have in mind and we will quote accordingly — from single cartons to pallet loads.

Can I get samples before placing an order?

Yes. Samples are available on request so you can check the fit, coating and quality before committing — most trade buyers ask for them, and we encourage it.

Do your gloves carry certification?

Test reports and conformity documents are available for the certified ranges on request. Tell us which range you are interested in and we will send the paperwork with your quotation.

How quickly can you dispatch?

Dispatch times are confirmed with your quotation, and stock availability is listed on the price list we send you. Core ranges are held ready for fast turnaround.

Do you offer own-label or custom packaging?

Talk to us about your packaging requirements — we can usually accommodate branded or retail-ready packs for larger orders.

What sizes are available?

Most of our coated gloves come in the standard size run from small to extra large; the orange grip range is one size fits most. Size breakdowns are listed on each product’s specification sheet.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are confirmed with your quotation. For regular trade accounts we agree terms up front so reordering is straightforward.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Raise it with us promptly and we will sort it — replacements or credit, whichever is fairer. We would rather fix a problem than lose a customer.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UK. If you are based outside the UK, ask — export orders are considered case by case.

How do I request the trade price list?

Use the enquiry form on our contact page, email sales@brifix.co.uk, or call us on 020 8167 1722. Tell us which ranges you are interested in and we will send current pricing.

Which gloves are best for handling sheet metal?

Our cut-resistant gloves are built for sharp-edged materials: a protective knit liner with sandy PU coated palms, in standard and long-cuff versions. Samples are available if you want to test them on your specific application.

What are the best gloves for gardening and general DIY?

For gardening, planting and general DIY work, the latex coated range is the most popular choice — textured latex across the palm and fingers for grip, on a flexible knitted liner. The orange grip gloves are a strong alternative when you want extra visibility.

Which gloves do mechanics and garage workshops use?

The black nitrile-coated gloves are the usual pick for mechanical work: a durable nitrile palm coating, 15-gauge knitted liner and elasticated cuff. For oily components, the orange grip range’s textured surface also performs well.
